Master’s in Social Work | Mental Health Therapist

Hi all! I'm so glad that you're here. Recognizing the need for help and taking that first step to find someone you connect with can sometimes feel overwhelming. That's why I am here to help you through the process of finding your voice and moving forward with confidence and clarity.

I strive to create an environment where everyone that comes into my office feels seen, heard, and believed. I want individuals to feel safe enough to be authentic and open. I work hard to build trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship and view that as vital to being able to work effectively towards your goals.

I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and welcome individuals of all genders and identities. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression, problematic sexual behaviors, grief, interpersonal conflict, ADHD, mood disorders, low self-esteem, life adjustments, gender and sexual identities, trauma, and anger.

I am a native of Oklahoma, but I have called Northwest Arkansas home for more than 20 years. I graduated from the University of Arkansas and have over 6 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of clinical settings.

In my down time I enjoy spending time with my family, my cats, gaming, reading, baking, traveling and crafting.
