We’re so glad you’re here! It’s my goal as your mental health therapist to help you improve insight, empower you to confidently express yourself, and support your journey to resolve current and past emotional distress. In session, I pride myself in my ability to create genuine, deep and warm therapeutic alliances with my clients. I intentionally practice taking a compassionate and humble stance in session, always reminding myself that you are the expert of yourself and my job is to support you as you take back control of yourself and your life.
I am a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arkansas with over six years of clinical experience. My first few years in the clinical field focused primarily on young children and families. Since then, I have broadened my scope to work with children 5 and under and women. I specialize in treating individuals with issues related to the following: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, life adjustments, challenges in the parent-(adult) child relationship, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
My own experiences navigating mental health services as a woman, mother, and first-generation immigrant sparked a passion in me to work primarily with this population. After becoming a mother and suffering from my own medical and birth traumas, I noticed a gap in services for women and now focus on bringing professional-level help to women, bringing solutions to the issues the hold us back from living a full life. I’m confident that all women are capable of growth and wellness, and I look forward to going on this journey with each and every one of our clients.

My passion is helping women and teens who are facing various life challenges, such as: life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, lack of motivation, perfectionism, and low sense of self. I acknowledge that each person has their own unique life story and perspectives, and I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for your story- not only to be told, but to be heard and honored. As your therapist, I often utilize evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process through difficult life experiences.

Nutrition is a part of every person’s life and plays a vital role in physical and mental health. As a career dietitian, I am passionate about supporting individuals in their journey towards improved well-being.
For 13 years, I have been blessed to work with both children and adults as they implement healthy habits into their daily lives. For the majority of my career, I had the opportunity to work at the Arkansas Children's hospital (ACH). During my time at ACH I held diverse roles, helping families establish an understanding of their child’s overall health through individualized nutrition counseling, family dietary support and motivational interviewing. Through my work with ACH I personally developed a passion for helping clients identify and maintain their overall health goals – improving the relationships that they had with food as well as their bodies. Since my time at ACH I have continued to support individuals in cultivating healthier relationships with food and body image.
My goal is to educate each person I work with on the importance of nutritious living and body acceptance. I desire to see all of my client’s take these lessons and implement them into a lifetime of results.

Hello and welcome! Seeking out a therapist can feel daunting, but the process of healing is so very rewarding. As a therapist, my greatest honor is holding a safe space for all who join me to feel seen, heard, and understood. Working to unravel complicated emotions and mend old wounds is something that I firmly believe no one should have to do alone. I would love to be that person that walks alongside you on this journey!
I am a Northwest Arkansas local and a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work. As a board-certified Licensed Certified Social Worker, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, with a primary focus on trauma. I have received training in EMDR and Tf-CBT, and I have training to work with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those struggling with grief and problematic sexual behaviors.
During my sessions, I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals process the emotions and cognitive distortions that often accompany traumatic experiences and complex family dynamics. I am particularly passionate about working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, PTSD, and interpersonal conflict.
I believe that all people, no matter their background, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, or past experiences, deserve to be met with empathy, authenticity, and support as well as a therapist that will meet them where they are at.
In my spare time I love spending time with my husband, son, and cats, listening to true crime podcasts, and drinking more coffee than a person probably should. If you feel like we would be a good fit, please reach out!

I’m excited for this empowering experience to not only work amongst a group of confident female clinicians, but also humbled being given the opportunity to treat and heal diverse women throughout the community. Research has shown that twice as many women experience depression during their lives compared to men. When your mental health becomes impaired, it negatively impacts every other part of your life. It takes strength to seek help and I’m so proud of you for taking this step. My hope is that women become the new leaders in WOMENtal health.
I graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in 2015 with my Bachelors of Nursing Science degree. I then continued my academic studies, graduating with my Masters degree in 2018. I’m a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Arkansas chapter. I’m originally from Texarkana, Arkansas and moved to NWA five years ago.
In 2018 I gained the title of board certified practitioner and can be considered an expert in the field of psychiatry. I practice psychiatry by accurately diagnosing disorders utilizing criteria from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5). I not only treat symptoms utilizing medication regimens, but I also find non-pharmacological modalities to be of great assistance when promoting healing and growth. I integrate mental health into my practice by offering supportive therapeutic techniques and strategies that enhance coping and resiliency.
I have extensive experience in providing care across all age groups, ranging from 5 to 95 years old. I have been in the practitioner role for five years and have eight years of psychiatric nursing experience. I often tell my patients that “feelings are real but they aren’t reality - you can challenge them.” I utilize a wholistic approach while considering environmental, hormonal, and medical influences.
For some individuals, it can be a tedious process finding a medication that adequately manages their symptoms. I take pride in taking the time to truly hear my patients and specifically select treatments that are uniquely tailored to their needs. I enjoy treating complex ailments such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxious Disorders, Sensory Processing Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and many more. I love educating my patients about disorders and medications, allowing them to gain insight and become empowered themselves.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, loved ones, and all my four legged fur-children. I try my best to stay consistent with exercising and weight lifting throughout the week. My love language is iced coffee and finding local restaurants to eat brunch.

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you have chosen Women’s Wellness Partners as your provider for your path to healing. In my practice, I strive to create a warm environment so that the moment you walk through my door you can feel at peace. My priority when beginning work with a client is to build a genuine connection based on trust. This connection provides the foundation for the healing and growth that takes place in our work together. It is important for me to understand the hopes that my clients have for themselves to provide a clear path for the therapeutic process. While it is my job to guide each session, I am intentional in my support for you to be the ultimate authority on your journey.
Throughout my five years of clinical practice, I have had the honor of walking with many individuals as they navigate the murky waters of grief and loss. I’ve also focused on supporting individuals that face issues with anxiety, depression, difficult and/or significant life changes, chronic illness, and challenges in communication. I’m passionate about empowering clients with the language to communicate their needs and wishes to foster more meaningful relationships.
I was inspired to shift the focus of my practice to working with women after having my first child and experiencing the demands that come with motherhood and a full-time career. It was during this time of transition with my growing family that I first truly understood how the lack of support from societal paradigms can so negatively impact women’s mental health. While I’m fortunate to have unconditional love and support from my own family and friends, I recognized that not all women have this experience. Motherhood is of course not the only situation where women face unspoken challenges. Whether at work, in a new relationship, in a new phase of life, I look forward to supporting the women of Northwest Arkansas in whatever arena they find themselves so that they can face each day with a sense of hope.
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas. I am a two-time graduate from the University of Arkansas, earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013 and my master’s degree in Social Work in 2016. I have called Northwest Arkansas home since 2013. In my free time you can find me at a Razorback sporting event calling the hogs or on the lake with my family.
Something that I have learned in my work, especially in grief and loss, is that our definition of hope is subject to change.

Hello! I am delighted that you are here. As an Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about collaborating with my clients on their goals and the steps to successfully achieve them! I am humbled to be on your team and support you in this phase of your life.
I enjoy working with a variety of ages across the lifespan. I have clinical experience working with small children and adolescence to achieve age-appropriate developmental milestones. I also thoroughly enjoy working with young adults experiencing major life transitions. I spent time at the University of Arkansas working with (mostly) first-year students that struggled to successfully transition by assisting them with finding occupational balance by forming healthy habits and routines, environmental modifications, and navigating the “adulting” world. Additionally, my doctoral research was focused on assessing the impact of executive function skills for college students on the Autism Spectrum.
I am a sensory-based therapist, meaning I take in the unique and individualized sensory needs of all my clients. I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all my sessions. It is my goal to help my clients obtain the tools necessary to be successful and independent in their everyday occupations.
In my own personal journey with navigating fertility and walking alongside friends as they transitioned into motherhood, I have become very passionate about filling in the missing gaps of services provided for women’s health and wellness. I look forward to filling these gaps and serving women and families in Northwest Arkansas through postpartum rehabilitation!
My wellness cup is filled by spending time with my husband, our two dogs, reading, baking, exercising, and anything outside in the sunshine.

Hello! I am so glad you’re here. Beginning therapy can come with so many feelings, whether it is your first time or 20th time. I strive to build trust and a solid foundation with my clients in order to assist them with the therapeutic process and moving forward in life. I find that many issues, conscious or not, stem from what has happened in the past; and in order to get our current needs met, the past needs to be addressed.
I come from a non-judgemental stance and provide compassion, validation, and empathy to normalize mental health struggles. I completed training in applied therapeutic humor, so I do enjoy using humor in sessions when it is appropriate. I want therapy to be something that you look forward to, not dread.
I am so proud to call Women’s Wellness Partner’s NWA my new home. I have been working in the mental health profession for 8 years and have provided services as a licensed social worker for 3 years. I have worked with all ages of clients, from children in preschool to geriatric individuals in hospitals. I have experience and enjoy working with individuals who have C-PTSD, borderline personality disorder, generalized anxiety, feelings of guilt and shame, and low self-esteem.

Thank you for prioritizing yourself today! It can sometimes be overwhelming and intimidating to find a new therapist. Here’s a little bit about me and how I practice so you can determine if we’ll be a good fit:
I use a collaborative approach to therapy to build a relationship that centers on your experiences and desired goals. I provide a non-judgmental space for people to process and explore their experiences while offering various interventions to facilitate increased insight and change. My therapeutic strengths are in trauma-informed systems approaches. This often involves focusing on exploring patterns of behavior, power dynamics, and providing psychoeducation, insight, tools, and strategies to relieve painful and disruptive symptoms. My specialties include addressing physical, psychological, relational, spiritual, and sexual trauma. I worked with Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter (2020-2024), where I utilized individual, family, and group therapy skills with folks experiencing intimate partner violence.
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arkansas. I received my master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I enjoy working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family dynamics, trauma, generational trauma, perfectionism, dependence, chronic illness, substance abuse, self-harming behaviors, and executive dysfunction. I believe that people of all abilities and in all bodies deserve access to identity-affirming and culturally responsive care, and I center the experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent communities.
In my free time, I thrive when I’m gardening, taking long meandering walks, reading in cozy spaces, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Hi there! I’m happy to see that you’ve chosen Women’s Wellness Partners as you start or continue your journey with therapy! I believe that it is within relationships where healing occurs and look forward to seeing how this therapeutic relationship can assist in your healing process.
I’m originally from Northwest Arkansas but have spent the last 9 years in Denver, Colorado, where I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2017. I spent the first three years of my career working with parents and children who were involved with human services, which is where my passion for infant mental health was first cultivated. I currently hold an Endorsement as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist which has given me the opportunity to work with children ages 0 to 5 and their caregivers to improve relationships.
I have spent the last three years working with children and their families who have experienced medical trauma as well as children who are terminally and chronically ill. Helping families during these times has given me the opportunity to witness the resiliency of children and their families. I utilize experiential play therapy to help children explore their world and identity and work through life transitions, trauma, and other stressors. Play is a foundation for communication and processing a child’s experience and it’s an honor to be included in a child’s play process. I also enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and parent-child dynamics.
After being away from Northwest Arkansas I’m excited to be back in my hometown and am excited to support you!
