Master’s in Social Work | Mental Health Therapist

Thank you for prioritizing yourself today! It can sometimes be overwhelming and intimidating to find a new therapist. Here’s a little bit about me and how I practice so you can determine if we’ll be a good fit:

I use a collaborative approach to therapy to build a relationship that centers on your experiences and desired goals. I provide a non-judgmental space for people to process and explore their experiences while offering various interventions to facilitate increased insight and change. My therapeutic strengths are in trauma-informed systems approaches. This often involves focusing on exploring patterns of behavior, power dynamics, and providing psychoeducation, insight, tools, and strategies to relieve painful and disruptive symptoms. My specialties include addressing physical, psychological, relational, spiritual, and sexual trauma. I worked with Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter (2020-2024), where I utilized individual, family, and group therapy skills with folks experiencing intimate partner violence.

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arkansas. I received my master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I enjoy working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family dynamics, trauma, generational trauma, perfectionism, dependence, chronic illness, substance abuse, self-harming behaviors, and executive dysfunction. I believe that people of all abilities and in all bodies deserve access to identity-affirming and culturally responsive care, and I center the experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent communities.

In my free time, I thrive when I’m gardening, taking long meandering walks, reading in cozy spaces, and spending quality time with loved ones.
