Payment

Women’s Wellness Partners’ fee schedule is determined by the training and experience of our providers, and in consideration of the cost of similar services in Northwest Arkansas.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment, whether that be in-person or distance counseling.  Payment is accepted by cash or card. We do not accept checks.  

Women’s Wellness Partners values accessibility to mental health services, thus each provider has designated slots for pro-bono and sliding scale clients. Please note that these spots are limited and provided upon request and the provider’s availability.

Private Pay

Intake (50 minutes) $250.00

Individual (50 minutes) $175.00

Couple / Family (50 minutes) $175.00

Insurance

You are responsible for any co-pays or charges not covered by your insurer. Our therapists are in-network with Ambetter, United Health Care, and BlueCross BlueShield.  For out-of-network claims, please contact your insurance provider.
