Licensed Professional Counselor | Mental Health Therapist

Hi there! I’m happy to see that you’ve chosen Women’s Wellness Partners as you start or continue your journey with therapy! I believe that it is within relationships where healing occurs and look forward to seeing how this therapeutic relationship can assist in your healing process.

I’m originally from Northwest Arkansas but have spent the last 9 years in Denver, Colorado, where I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2017. I spent the first three years of my career working with parents and children who were involved with human services, which is where my passion for infant mental health was first cultivated. I currently hold an Endorsement as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist which has given me the opportunity to work with children ages 0 to 5 and their caregivers to improve relationships.

I have spent the last three years working with children and their families who have experienced medical trauma as well as children who are terminally and chronically ill. Helping families during these times has given me the opportunity to witness the resiliency of children and their families. I utilize experiential play therapy to help children explore their world and identity and work through life transitions, trauma, and other stressors. Play is a foundation for communication and processing a child’s experience and it’s an honor to be included in a child’s play process. I also enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and parent-child dynamics.

After being away from Northwest Arkansas I’m excited to be back in my hometown and am excited to support you!
