Nutrition is a part of every person’s life and plays a vital role in physical and mental health. As a career dietitian, I am passionate about supporting individuals in their journey towards improved well-being.

For 13 years, I have been blessed to work with both children and adults as they implement healthy habits into their daily lives. For the majority of my career, I had the opportunity to work at the Arkansas Children's hospital (ACH). During my time at ACH I held diverse roles, helping families establish an understanding of their child’s overall health through individualized nutrition counseling, family dietary support and motivational interviewing. Through my work with ACH I personally developed a passion for helping clients identify and maintain their overall health goals – improving the relationships that they had with food as well as their bodies. Since my time at ACH I have continued to support individuals in cultivating healthier relationships with food and body image.

My goal is to educate each person I work with on the importance of nutritious living and body acceptance. I desire to see all of my client’s take these lessons and implement them into a lifetime of results.
